Just in time for the summer, J Cole releases his soulful track“Cole Summer.” The cover is a reference to his mother, who used to work at the post office. “I told her quit her job, but hold your horses/ If my next album flop, it’s back to the post office, both of us,” he raps over a sample of Lauryn Hill’s “Nothing Even Matters.”

Drizzy shared his thoughts on the introspective track. “COLE SUMMER!!! Haaaaa. That’s my brother man. Bars too real. Too ill.”
