Adam Dilworth artistically known as A.D. was born on January 6, 1989 and raised in Austin, Texas. His mom and dad raised him in a Christian home teaching him the best way they possibly knew how. On July 18, 1999 Adam decided that he wanted to be baptized and become a member of God’s family. As joyous as this occasion was, trouble still followed him close by. Adam not only wrestled with the pressures of drugs, sex and violence like every other young teenager in America wrestles with today but he ultimately struggled with his identity and who he was. Eventually, the ways of the world began to rub off on Adam and he began to rebel against what he had been taught at an early age. As Adam continued to experience the world in rebellious ways, there were many close calls that could have damaged his future or ultimately ended his life.

Through the unique storms Adam has faced in his life, he came to the realization that without them he would not be who he has become today and is still becoming. Adam is a  student now at Abilene Christian University studying Youth and Family Ministry and life isn’t quite the same. Because of his past experiences, he never forgets how important it is  to keep God first in his life before anything else. Adam is focused now on giving back to  God what he gave him from the start. Music is one of the ways that Adam has chosen to give back. In December of 2013, Adam (artistically known as A.D.) released his first mixtape entitled, “The Message” sharing his testimony and life experiences to the  listeners.  Now that he has his sights set on what is most important, his goal is to impact others through his music and his lifestyle.
