Ryan Christopher Pagan, who is more known by either his stage name Wat’R Th foulable Iz $c0 th Panama kidd or his nickname RC was born in 1983 and he is a bi-racial all around artist born in Lawton Oklahoma. RC has spent majority of his life in the DFW area, besides his childhood where he lived in Tulsa, Oklahoma. RC is a versatile recording artist, song writer, poet, graphic designer, script/ screenplay writer, director, and an independent film maker. RC is Co-owner of W.S. Productions. Currently RC is living in DFW Metroplex in Texas with his pregnant wife and daughter. Formally a career criminal who mainly dealt in drugs, but dabbled in just about every and anything to make money, RC is far from a stranger to the street life nor court rooms, police, probation, and correction officers, as well as drugs, violence and all that comes with that sort of life style and career. Tired and fed up with his life of crime, as well as wanting a better life and chance for his family RC decided to get out and go the legit way. Now with a new life ahead of him and one that seemed to be both a surreal dream/nightmare at once behind him, RC says he has a new positive outlook on life that has inspired and transformed him into a full fledged entertainer and business man with aspirations of being the biggest entertainment mogul, film maker, and Forbes top 10 business men in the world. Currently he is in pre-production on a documentary on hip-hop, and in the beginning stages of publishing his anthology Desperation Wasteland: death to the dream,  which is compilation of short stories, poetry, quotes and illustrations & photo art. RC lives by the motto “Whether you look at life as a nightmare or a dream, death is and will always truly be the awakening…And when I awake I plan to have a smile on my face.”
