IAA INDUSTRY NEWS: What city and state are you from?

DEMOSTAR BEATZ: I was born and raised in the City of Regina Saskatchewan, Canada. I am currently living in Fort Qu’ Appelle Saskatchewan, Canada

IAA INDUSTRY NEWS: What is your music background?

DEMOSTAR BEATZ: My music background consists of playing the keyboard, and being a sampler and producer. I am a part of a major hip-hop group out here in Canada we go by the name of Canadian Currency. You can look us up at Google.ca. All of my life I’ve been apart of music. I grew up listening to hip-hop, rock, pop. I listen to everything from electric to classical. I keep my ears open to all sorts of music. That keeps me inventing and creating.

IAA INDUSTRY NEWS: Why do you want to record and release your own music?

DEMOSTAR BEATZ: To become a more self-improved musician, and to hear the feed back about my music, that’s one thing I like. Also, I like connecting with people on a different level other than with words and lyrics. Making music is fun. I was the type of guy that wanted to make music instead of playing games and going out and playing basketball. I am pretty much a self-made producer I have trained and studied on my mind, body, and spirit, and have gained knowledge through life situations for my music. This music is what I live for. I found what it is that school did not teach me.

IAA INDUSTRY NEWS: What are your songs about?

DEMOSTAR BEATZ: The world, I look at anything and everything possible from my situations to love, emotions. and life things I’ve personally witnessed. Some of my greatest beats I have created so far were created by beautiful day settings. Some songs are about girls, some songs are made for movies and commercials, most of all, the songs are made for the artists, and their minds hold the life and bring the meaning out of my music.

IAA INDUSTRY NEWS: Who are your musical influences?

DEMOSTAR BEATZ: The Producers, making more projects one after another, and finding ways to bend the mind of people through music. This shout out is for you Producers. Also, the artists who have connected with people through music. While life has had its times, you let everyone know they are not alone.

IAA INDUSTRY NEWS: How would you describe your music to people?

DEMOSTAR BEATZ: Inspirational. Music to listen to on any occasion. That new sound you are looking for.  I like to create any type of genre possible; I have even made a country hip-hop beat to rock and pop. Every song I make has a different vibe to it. I’m sure to reach out to any crowd from many genres of music.

IAA INDUSTRY NEWS: What makes you stand out from other artists?

DEMOSTAR BEATZ: My level of focus. I can acknowledge sound and make the best of it. I bend the music and make people react to what they are hearing more than listening. I would have to say my creativity, personality, and charisma catches everyone off guard in person and in music. Just listen to my songs you’ll find out.

IAA INDUSTRY NEWS: Tell us about one of the hardest challenges you had to face in your music career and how did you overcome?

DEMOSTAR BEATZ: Honestly, I have been to the lowest stages in my life. I am 23 now, and my music advances everyday through positivity and staying away from stress related environments, negative people, and friends that were up to no good. I sacrificed a lot to get to this point in life, but throughout all that I can say I did it all for my life and music.

IAA INDUSTRY NEWS: What are some upcoming projects you are currently working on?

DEMOSTAR BEATZ:  I’ve got a few projects coming out soon from R&B to pop, electric hip-hop and a few rap beats mixed in with some old school hip-hop.

IAA INDUSTRY NEWS: What are your career goals? Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

DEMOSTAR BEATZ: The more I live through positivity and the knowledge I have yet to discover. In 10 years I should be producer of the year. Where I’m from there is much musical talent and I plan of making it to where music has to change, find my own brand, and my own sound. I wan to become the next talent of Canada that’s where I see myself in 10 years. My career goal is to become a composer, to become a musician and composer of certain instruments and sounds. In the end I plan on becoming a singer/songwriter of my own one-day.
