IAA INDUSTRY NEWS: Why do you want to record and release your own music?

K. JAZZ: Music has always been a passion of mine, to not only sing and play piano, but to teach vocals as well. I attended Priarie View A&M where I majored in vocal music, which only enhanced my career as a vocalist. Music has a way of relaying messages some people are not able to say in person or face to face. It in some cases is understood to have its own language, which is universal and can be understood by all. So many people continue to request my songs because of the soulful and true feel of R&B, which is what I stand by, and have been most requested and well overdue following some of our greats in the industry over time; whereas, also to most people have been missing for a long time.
