BROOKLYN, NY – Frank Monroe – known to fans as “Khing Jus Wurk” – has made his life’s work pushing boundaries and accomplishing the unexpected. A product of the foster system after his biological parents were denied custody following drug abuse, Khing has done the unimaginable. The first person in his family to go to college, Khing is in the pursuit of becoming a household name in the entertainment and lifestyle industries as a rapper, model, fitness enthusiast, and actor.
As a Brooklyn, NY native, Khing’s latest project is a single entitled “Keep Getting Money.” The song is a tribute to the artist’s love for his city, from a fresh and authentic perspective. “I wanted to show I could go hard for my city without sounding like everyone else,” explains the artist. After all, “New York is about originality.”
Khing Jus Wurk is not your traditional rapper. “Most rappers sleep in. But, I want to wake up early. I want to run miles, be a real artist and entertainer.” The sky’s the limit for “the Khing,” who is keen on delving into many different platforms, from acting, to music, Mixed Martial Arts, and modeling. With lofty aspirations for his musical career, Khing’s dream is to be signed with Roc Nation.
Khing is a rapper you can root for; a true Cinderella story and an inspiration to every young person on the streets who feels that they cannot accomplish anything they set their minds to. Khing Jus Wurk is successful because of his tenacity and perseverance and, as he says, “I am never going to compromise.”
Khing’s flow is fast and aggressive, and his beats are creative and experimental. His flow is distinct and powerful, a force for wisdom in a world wrecked by ignorance and temptation. His work ethic and consistency will keep the MC in demand for years to come.

I am just a writer I can write different genres of music given the opportunity but so far have only written and released Hip-hop music.
IAA INDUSTRY NEWS: Why do you want to record and release your own music?
KHING JUS WURK: I have something to say, an actual story to tell, this is a passion of mines not just a hobby picked up. With all the commercialism in hip-hop today, I know my style of music is needed, if not missing in the mainstream.

KHING JUS WURK: A few of my influences in the industry are Jay-Z. Of course, LL Cool J because his flows are impeccable. Then you got DMX, I’m talking about the “Where My Dogs AT” X,. I am influenced by T.I. King of the South, and finally two of the greatest of all time Biggie and Pac.
IAA INDUSTRY NEWS: How would you describe your music to people?
KHING JUS WURK: My music is hype, and somehow laid back at the same time. It sort of has you on edge like what is he going to say next. No metaphors, some slick talk, but direct enough so you can understand everything I am saying. It’s honesty. Its music you can feel, but that you can relate too. I mean everyone goes through something, but most of the time it’s all in how we handle those things that we go through.
IAA INDUSTRY NEWS: What makes you stand out from other artists?
KHING JUS WURK: There’s an unnecessary need in the hip-hop industry to prove how tough you are through guns. I don’t do that. I am a man first and in my music, videos and presence, you see that. I not only write music, I also model and act. I am a graduate of the Lias Malie acting school. I train 4 days a week at The Jungle MMA & Fitness. Since going there, I have learned a few styles of martial arts. I also am working on obtaining my Bachelor degree in Business to hopefully further my career. IAA INDUSTRY NEWS: Tell us about one of the hardest challenges you had to face in your music career and how did you overcome?
KHING JUS WURK: The most difficult part was seeing through the bogus people in this industry. There are a lot of sharks, and you have to be real careful because if you’re not your career will end before it gets started. I would love to be able to say I have seen through that, but I’m starting to realize that just part of the business.
IAA INDUSTRY NEWS: How can your fans access your music and contact you?
KHING JUS WURK: Right now I am pushing my latest Single “Keep Getting Money”. It is a great single, different from what you hear on the radio today, but a hard track nonetheless check it out.
IAA INDUSTRY NEWS: What are your career goals? Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
KHING JUS WURK: And as far as my career I am still looking for sponsors and representation for me as an artist and my brand as well as the crew #WurkXCrew. For those who don’t know, WurkXCrew isn’t a gang or set it’s about motivating and encouraging other people. I feel there isn’t enough of that in the world. There is too much hate going on and I am just doing my part to spread the love. In 10 years the Khing Jus Wurk brand will be established. I want to not only make music but produce and manage another artist as well.
