Now I know how good it feels to turn off my phone for 24 hours but 1 week. I read an article giving beneficial insight by turning off your phone. One way is to first make sure you are free of everything so you can fully mentally digitally detox. So that means delete your social media platforms temporailly so that you are free of distractions. When people disconnect from the social media world you can then focus more on yourself. Just having 1 week of not having to respond to people quickly is a relief. Us as people get caught up in helping people around us that we neglect our wants and needs. Causing stress levels to rise in addition to developing illnesses and destroying the immune system. So when you debating about taking a break from your phone think about a peace of mind. Think about your health and think about YOU.
